Capoeira: Creative Workouts, Fun And Music

Rooted deep in Brazilian culture, Capoeira is a martial art that is a mixture of gymnastics, rhythm and self-defense.

To the untrained eye it might look like a dance, but capoeiristas learn to react fast to attacks and dodge them while simultaneously moving into position for their next attack.

What to wear

For the first few classes you can wear comfortable clothes, no zippers/buttons. After that you'll need a uniform.
