Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
You'll train with Galera who regularly participates in international BJJ competitions and became European and World Champion in 2017.
What to wear
You'll need a Gi (kimono) for the training, but if you're just starting out, you can borrow one when you come for your first class.
Monthly Membership
Students pay a monthly membership, payment due on the 1st class of the month.
